I was very cautious about ordering blinds over a website so I made sure to first order color samples, which you sent very promptly. Then, still somewhat concerned, I only ordered pleated blinds for the 2 smallest windows in the house. The soon arrived totally intact and fit perfectly. The installation was quick and easy. I thought the experience of placing an order on your site was very smooth and easy to understand.
