Hello I wanted to say thank you for the blinds. I never thought I would see blinds in my bedroom due to odd sized window. Blinds at the stores were always to short. I had priced custom blinds before, but the prices were so outrageous. that is why i am so glad I came across your website. Not only did the order come quickly but they were the perfect size, not to long or short. Just right. I was impressed by the quality of the blinds. My son bedroom has a standard size windows, so his was the only room who had blinds. Now that he saw the ones I have in my room, he keeps bugging me that he wants new blinds for his room. It's rare these days, in the world of online commerce, that a person can list among the things that go right in a transaction, the people. First, I shopped retail to see what was out there, and was knocked flat by the prices. With 20 windows to deal with, I needed to save money somehow. So, online I go. Online, the offerings for discounts were many. I asked for swatches from a sampling of the lower-priced vendors (JustBlinds.com wasn't the cheapest, but you made the cut!). After all was said and done, only JustBlinds.com came through with color swatches, so my choice was an easy one. I was still anxious though - an over $1000.00 purchase, and no idea how things would turn out. Nearly perfect! What's more, when I called to find out about things, I was spoken to with the respect an old-school person like myself expects; that is, I was the customer, and my problem, if there was one, was yours too. The factory made one small measurement error on one shade out of fifteen, and one 5 minute phone call later, it's fixed! Y'all are great. I only wish you'd go into the business of selling other window treatments, like linen panels and rods/finials. Thanks for putting so much of yourselves into your business. It really makes all the difference in the world. |
