After weeks of looking at blinds from places such as Home Depot, Lowes, catalogs, and other internet suppliers, I decided to place an order with you. Your prices were better than any of the others. Since I was reluctant to order on-line, I called in my order on Monday, July 23. The person taking my order was very helpful and courteous. I also explained that I really would like to receive the order before Aug. 11 so the blinds could be installed before my daughter's wedding. To my surprise, the order arrived yesterday, Wed., Aug. 1. Within 2 hours last night, my husband had installed the 72" blind and 5, 35" ones. My order was for the Envirowood, in the embossed natural finish. They look great. After 18 years of having draw draperies and sheer panels on the windows, these blinds change the look of the entire room.
