I had an excellent experience with one of your customer service people and I wanted to acknowledge Ron, and you, for having such a considerate and intelligent staff member on board. I have always been very wary about ordering on-line, in particular when it comes to the customer service part. It is my fear that once I have ordered, if there is ever a problem, the company will simply ignore me, and being out of state that I would be stuck with my problem. Ron persisted over a period of three days to solve my problem and to ensure that I was taken care of. He listened carefully to my concerns and objections, and faithfully returned phone calls until everything was worked out.
