I wanted to write you as I am sure that most customer service correspondence you receive is regarding complaints. I had an excellent experience with one of your customer service people and I wanted to acknowledge Ron, and you, for having such a considerate and intelligent staff member on board.
I have always been very wary about ordering on-line, in particular when it comes to the customer service part. It is my fear that once I have ordered, if there is ever a problem, the company will simply ignore me, and being out of state that I would be stuck with my problem.
Ron persisted over a period of three days to solve my problem and to ensure that I was taken care of. He listened carefully to my concerns and objections, and faithfully returned phone calls until everything was worked out. He was gracious and understanding as well as thoughtful in his problem solving.
I hope you encourage him and reward him for excellence, as too often mediocrity (or worse) is the norm.
