We received and installed our blinds last night and they look absolutley WONDERFUL. I couldn't have asked for anything better. When shopping around I got a quote from Home Depot for 3 windows in my living, the biggest of the windows alone would have cost us $200.00 (this didn't include shipping or taxes), instead through your website I ordered all 3 of the windows in our living room plus an additional one in our entryway for a total of $221.00. That's 4 windows for the cost of 1 at Home Depot. You guys are AWESOME! Thank you for great service and a great product, I have already told several people about you and plan to continue to anytime someone mentions blinds!

Let me start by telling you that we were very hesitant to order wood blinds over the Internet. I was just using the information to compare prices. Our experience was great in dealing with your company. First of all, ordering over the Internet was very easy; your page was very helpful and easy to follow. The blinds arrived on the delivery date promised. We installed the blinds the same day but had 2 issues. The channels on one of the headers had been damaged through shipping and another blind did not close completely. When I called, Christina was very helpful and responsive. She mentioned that she would contact the manufacturer to see if ther was anyway to have the blind fixed. She followed up with me whether she had answers or not. We had a replacement header and a mechanical part to fix the blind within a few days. Christina also mentioned that if switching the part did not fix the blind, to let her know and a new blind would be shipped to replace the one that did not close all the way. Taking the blind apart and installing the part was easy with the instructions provided, just as she said it would be. Everything works. Thanks so much for making this transaction very pleasent.

I love your blinds. I ordered 7 blinds. The first set of two I had a problem and that was the UPS truck had run over the box. I called a customer service representative and they promptly sent me a replacement. I then ordered five additional sets of blinds for my living room, no problems with these blinds. I have a 42"x24" casement window that I could not find a blind for, without having four feet of unused blind gathered at the bottom. I Just put up my new 2"" blind and not only is the fit perfect and the color tone just right,the 2" slats allow a great view as well as all the light and air desired without having to raise the blind. Great Job. Greater price!!
