Recently I ordered four faux wood blinds. The blinds are beautiful and very economically priced, but much to my dismay, the tilt mechanism did not work correctly on one of the blinds. I called Just Blinds and talked to two very nice, helpful people who assured me that if together we couldn't fix the tilt mechanism, a new blind would be sent. We were unable to get the tilt to work and just as promised, a new blind was sent along with a pick up order to retun the faulty blind. When I read the company's guarantee, I thought, this is too good to be true, but in reality, Just Blinds did precisely what they promised to do in their guarantee. I think justblinds.com is a great way to order blinds for your home. The website is easy to use and I think it's so helpful that they offer free samples. I ordered some cherry wood blinds for our den earlier this year and they are great! They were easy to order, extremely easy to install, and they look so good. They were sent to me in the time frame stated on this website and I could not be happier with them. I also requested two blinds to go in the narrow windows along my front door.
