I want everyone to know what fabulous customer service Just Blinds has. I ran into trouble with my shades after enjoying them for several months. The trouble was completely my fault--I had measured the windows while my husband and I were remodeling. The windows were in, but the side bars were not. When we finally put the side bars in, the inside mount shades would no longer fit unless they could be cut down. I e-mailed customer service about my problem and they immediately responded with a remedy. Thank you! I was so worried I would have to buy all new shades. My wife and I purchased the value wood 2" blinds from Just Blinds for our guest room to see how they would look. We ordered the blinds and received them earlier than the company promised.
