I ordered my blinds on a Sat. at 2pm. The following Friday at 8:30am, Fed Ex delivered them. That meant they were ready in less than 4 working days, considering they were probably on the truck on Thursday. What a great surprise. Even better was the ease of installation and the considerate representative that I spoke to on the phone prior to ordering via the internet. The entire process was a pleasure. We ordered cellular blinds from you and wanted to let you know we are very satisfied with our blinds and your service. Two of the blinds, the factory sent out the wrong size and I called your customer service number and your representative was very pleasant and without hesitation confirmed the right size. I just wanted to tell you how pleased I am with my cellular shades. We had priced shades at Home Depot and Lowe's, and decided that they would just have to wait. Then I got the idea to "surf" for them. I looked at more than 15 sites that touted "discount" cellular shades. Most of them were more expensive than Home Depot! Then I found JustBlinds, and I not only saved $287, but I got double-cell instead of single-cell. The quality is excellent, and they were a piece of cake to install. Of course, all I had to do was read the instructions while my husband installed. :) Again, thank you so much for your excellent merchandise. My husband is so impressed, he is talking about putting them in our bedroom too.

Just wanted to let you know that as you promised, I received the new replacement blinds. These new blinds are made with Bass Wood and with holes rather than Imperial/routless version I had ordered initially. These blinds are very nice and are a significant improvement from the original order! I want to thank you very much for being so good to replace the first set of blinds. You were so courteous and went to a great deal of trouble to make sure I was happy. I'm very glad that I didn't just return the initial order for a refund as I now have blinds that are of the excellent quality I had expected. Than you again for all your help! I will recommend Just Blinds to my friends (but will advise against the routless/Imperial Wood for my area of the country).
