I just received your blinds..as delivered date as promised and was taken back as to the quality of the actual product. I compared your prices with other companies that wanted 3 to 4x s much as to what I paid..I took a chance and said if I didn't like what I received..I would give them away and go with a different company and pay more. Before ordering, I read lots of testimonials on this site stating how good the product was and how it was a fraction of the cost of retailers. The experience with my order is identical, except for one catch... my shipment was damaged during transit and I was forced to deal with the customer service department. Who knew what to expect from an internet based company!!! But to my pleasant surprise, they were extraordinarily courteous and efficient in handling my problem. I would say they are as good (if not better) than your leading department store retailers. It just goes to show that discount prices don't always mean discount service.

I am completely thrilled with the quality and look of the wood blinds I purchased. I had some hesitation about fit and color before ordering but I was amazed that my blinds fit like a glove and the color choices I made were perfect. I had checked the prices of the major department stores for similar blinds and would never have been able to afford their blinds.
