I just got my order yesterday and installed my 2" premium blinds promptly. I have to say I am extremely pleased with this operation. Every day I deal with people via the phone and internet and it has been a number of years since I have had the type of customer service that you and Just Blinds has given. First I almost, always receive a form letter back that says someone will respond in 24-48 hours (generally it is more than that when, and if, I get a reply). That doesn't happen at Just Blinds. Second, rarely am I also given a telephone number so I can speak to a "live" person rather than a message machine with 10 different options. That doesn't happen at Just Blinds. Third, regardless if it is an email or a telephone call to Just Blinds I always get a "real live person"...named Karla. And, Forth but certainly not least, all calls and emails are replied to fast and extremely courteously by a very special person named Karla. I sincerely hope this note is forwarded to your manager as you have my sincerest appreciation and I want your management to understand that and that their company is at the top of my list of future references because of this customer service. Sure we had a little problem with the shades and the box, etc. but that is no one's fault. Things happen and as long as there is someone like you at the other end, I doubt that anyone can get upset. The shades may or may not be fabulous but you are the one that won my future business and recommendation of Just Blinds.

I received my new blinds a few weeks ago. They came in exactly the correct size (thanks to the easy directions for measuring). I installed them the next day over my large kitchen window. Being able to order over the Internet, get a good product with good support via your directions on measuring, etc. and being able to install them easily is everything a 70-year old woman could hope for!!! Now if you could just help me get down off the counter!
