I would like to compliment Carla in your customer care department. I had a problem with the function of my new vertical blinds. I called and spoke to Carla and was pleasantly suprised at how familiar she was with the product. She told me to check certain aspects of the blind and my installation but that did not resolve the problem so she took my phone number and said she would call the factory and ask them what they thought. Within less than 15 minutes Carla called me back with the answer and now my blinds work perfectly and they look great! Carla was polite, professional and eager to help.
