Hi, I just installed the blinds that I received a couple of weeks ago. My wife and I are VERY pleased. Everything was to specification, and looks great. I just ordered another blind, with more to come.

Just wanted to let you know what a great experience I had. First of all, you're website was very user friendly and easy to navigate. When I first placed my order, I was a little nervous since I was placing such a huge order and had never ordered anything of this value online. Just to be safe, I ordered all of the upstairs blinds and figured if I was happy, I would place a second order for the downstairs. I was more than happy. There was a snag with UPS, who divided my order and shorted me one set of blinds. I contacted your customer service department and after tracking my order with UPS, who said they had already delivered it, you sent out a replacement and put a rush delivery on it. That's great customer service! Better than I usually get with a regular store and much more than I ever expected from an online store. I immediately placed my second order for the downstairs blinds. Everything was perfect! We live in a new home development, so many of my neighbors have also recently purchased blinds. My neighbors are shocked when I tell them what I paid for my blinds. One of my neighbors purchased hers through Sears and said she paid nearly 4 times what I paid, she also asked that I please not tell her husband what I paid or he'd kill her. Another, thought she'd gotten a great deal at Home Depot until I told her what I paid, a little less and in the color I wanted (not stock white). I now recommend Just Blinds to all of my friends and family! When we finish the walk out basement, I'll have another order for you. Keep up the good work.
